The Geneva Association is the leading international insurance “think tank” researching strategically important insurance and risk management issues and I always enjoy going to their conferences.
I first got involved with Geneva when I presented papers as an academic. Now I go to learn at the sessions designed for senior executives, this is to my mind the only truly international forum for Financial Services executives.
On Monday and Tuesday of this week I attended their 6th Insurance and Finance Seminar, held in the Old Library at Lloyds of London. At the meeting there were senior representatives from all areas of the globe and people were able to talk freely expressing their true feelings about current topics.
Throughout the year, The Geneva Association organises or supports a series of about 15 conferences and I highly recommend their events.
